First initial consultation of one hour is free

Followed by three days on site visits not necessarily concurrent to work with the current chef or caterers and make suggestions advice etc to improve the situation of the current catering operation, improve the service if required, and hopefully improve profitability

A return visit to see how things are going and discuss
any other issues

£250 per day plus travel expenses
